You will receive a confirmation email with a case number. Please refer to this case number in any interactions you have with us regarding your lost item. A member of our public safety team at our command center will search our inventory for matching items found, and contact you if a match is found. You will be contacted by email or phone to verify, through further descriptions, that it is your item.
