    John McDonnell is the Managing Director International of Fifth Generation, Inc., Home of Tito's Handmade Vodka. McDonnell has launched and marketed many successful global spirits brands, and is highly regarded as an industry leader. He earned widespread respect as Chairman of the Distilled Spirits Council of the United States (DISCUS), the national trade association representing America’s leading distillers.

  • Cindy Brown

    Vice Chair

    Cindy Brown is the Chief Executive Officer for Boston Duck Tours, responsible for managing a staff of over 140 employees and all aspects of the company. In 1994, she was hired as Marketing and Sales Director, later being promoted to General Manager in 1997, then assuming the role of President of SEAWEED INCORPORATED, General Partner for Boston Duck Tours before becoming CEO of the company.

  • Michelle Consalvo

    Board Member

    Michelle Consalvo is responsible for Patient Innovation and Policy for the Northeast Region at Shire. Most recently, she worked as the Assistant Vice President for Government & Community Affairs for Boston University. In this capacity, Michelle was responsible for overseeing the University's relationship with state and local leaders and advancing its policy and research agenda before the legislature and government agencies.

    Board Member

    Barbara T. Capuano is a Certified Public Accountant, currently employed at Raphael & Raphael LLP, a Boston accounting firm. Capuano is a member of the Somerville Chamber of Commerce, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants. She also serves on the board of directors of the Boston Harbor Island Alliance and the Children’s Hospital Community Health board.

    Andrew Crane is the founding partner of A-Crane Construction LLC., a general contracting firm based in Chicopee, Massachusetts. For over 35 years A-Crane Construction LLC has performed a variety of building projects including residential developments, single family homes, remodeling, and light commercial construction.

  • Jack Hart

    Board Member

    Jack Hart is a partner of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP in its Boston office. His practice focuses on government relations at the state and federal level, business strategy, real estate development, public policy, administrative law, and sports law. Prior to working at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, Hart served as Assistant Majority Leader in the Massachusetts State Senate, serving 16 years in the House and Senate.

    Karen Johnson is the Managing Director, Product Sales for DebtX where she is responsible for managing the DebtX Analytics business. During her tenure at DebtX, Ms. Johnson has built a valuation and analytics franchise, securing engagements from insurance companies, real estate debt funds, banks, opportunity funds and government sponsored entities (GSEs).

    Amy Latimer is the President of the TD Garden. As President, Latimer is responsible for all day-to-day operating functions of the arena, one of the most active, highly regarded and successful sports and entertainment venues in North America. A recognized leader in the sports & Arena industry, she was named one of Sports Business Journal’s ‘Game Changers’ in 2011 and been named 2015’s WISE Woman of the Year.

    Gregg P. Lisciotti is president of Lisciotti Development Corporation, a real estate investment and development company based in Leominster, MA. Since its establishment, Lisciotti Development Corporation has been involved in the acquisition, development and ownership of real estate and has successfully developed retail centers throughout the United States.

  • Paul J. Sacco

    Board Member

    Paul J. Sacco is President and CEO of the Massachusetts Lodging Association, a statewide trade association representing and promoting the Massachusetts' lodging industry. He has previously served as Chief Executive Officer of the Belvedere Hotels Ltd., Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing and as a Vice President for regional operations for Omni Hotels.
